Dear Friends and Families,
Two of our in-house providers
will soon be making visits to our community. Dr. Tom Smith will be
here this Saturday, February 28th from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. He and his medical
assistant will be using the 6th floor to see the residents. If your loved
one is a patient of Dr. Smith’s and you would like him or her to be seen this
Saturday, please let us know so we can put them on the list.
Our community podiatrist, Dr.
J. John Hoy, will be here Thursday, March 5th at 1 p.m., and again on
Friday, March 6th at 9 a.m. If you would like your loved one to be seen by
Dr. Hoy and have not already signed up, please contact our Nursing staff so
that we can get the necessary forms signed and faxed before his arrival.
